Byrne Huddleston
Chief Executive Officer
Byrne Huddleston, co-founder and CEO of Green Bridge Energy, oversees the strategic growth and performance for the company. Prior to this role, he spent 15 years with GE Capital in various commercial and leadership roles focused on structured finance and leasing to commercial and industrial companies in the US. Mr. Huddleston holds a MBA from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and B.A. from Randolph-Macon College. In his personal time, he enjoys coaching youth basketball, and traveling with friends and family.

Dr. Nate Putnam
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Dr. Nate Putnam applies a decade of experience developing software, analyzing energy systems, and designing resource-efficient military base camps to build and execute our technology strategy. Linking financial models with engineering assessments, Nate brings in-house technical expertise and data-driven decision support to the leadership team. Dr. Putnam served as a researcher and technical program manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UT Austin. Nate only has time for work, house projects, and the abundant and abundantly gratifying challenges of helping to raise two boys and a dog.

Clay Siegert
Operations Leader
As Operations Leader, Clay Siegert manages electric vehicle charging, partner supply chain and client delivery functions for Green Bridge. Prior to this role, Clay spent over 15 years with high-tech and electric vehicle industries as a co-founder of fleet electrification company XL Fleet, head of customer operations at Formlabs, and as the EV charging operations lead for 7-Eleven. Clay holds a master degree in supply chain management from MIT, and a B.A. from Trinity College in CT. In his personal time, Clay enjoys playing pickup basketball, coaching his three daughters in both basketball and lacrosse, and skiing with friends and family.

Rick Wargo
Architect
Rick is a highly innovative and successful hands-on technology leader with extensive experience in modern software engineering, data architecture, information security, and analytics. In recent years, Rick has designed and led development of performant and secure data platforms in healthcare and finance, built software-based control systems for regulating energy between EV charging, solar, and utility power, active in technical communities, and even awarded the designation of Alexa Champion by Amazon for his many contributions to the community. Rick’s passion for innovation is stimulated by his love of learning and an immersion in current technology. In his spare time, Rick enjoys a good sci-fi novel, being on the beach, tinkering, photography, and cooking. He is supported by the generous and much-appreciated love from his wife, Karen, and their boy/girl twins.

William Cullinan
Senior Advisor
William Cullinan is a Senior Advisor at Green Bridge where he helps with all aspects of growing the Green Bridge brand. Additionally he serves as a Managing Director at Warren Road, a single family office based in Boston, MA. Prior to joining Warren Road in 2023, William worked at Angelo Gordon for 7 years as a Managing Director in the Client Partnership Group focused on the firm’s US institutional consultant relations efforts. Prior to joining Angelo Gordon, William was a Managing Director at Easterly Asset Management. While at Easterly he was responsible for capital formation and business development with institutional investors, foundations, endowments, family offices, and consultants. Earlier in his career William held roles at Putnam Investments Global Institutional Management Group, Garelick Capital Partners, and Merestone Partners. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank.
William received a BA in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he played division one lacrosse. He is actively involved with the Year Up and Hole in the Wall Gang charities as well as a Committee Member for the Navy SEAL Foundation New England Chapter Gala.
