Byrne Huddleston

Byrne Huddleston

Chief Executive Officer

Byrne Huddleston, co-founder and CEO of Green Bridge Energy, oversees the strategic growth and performance for the company. Prior to this role, he spent 15 years with GE Capital in various commercial and leadership roles focused on structured finance and leasing to commercial and industrial companies in the US. Mr. Huddleston holds a MBA from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and B.A. from Randolph-Macon College. In his personal time, he enjoys coaching youth basketball, and traveling with friends and family.

Justin Sullivan

Justin Sullivan

Chief Investment Officer

For 16 years, Justin led a variety of commercial teams across GE’s energy and financing units. As Commercial Leader within GE’s Renewable Hybrids unit, he led development and financing efforts for hybrid energy projects. Prior to this role, Justin was a founding member of the Distributed Energy Solutions incubator at GE Power. With a strong background in financial structuring, Justin initiated several market and product developments as Managing Director of GE Corporate Finance and Distributed Energy market leader for GE Industrial Finance.
Dr. Nate Putnam

Dr. Nate Putnam

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Dr. Nate Putnam applies a decade of experience developing software, analyzing energy systems, and designing resource-efficient military base camps to build and execute our technology strategy. Linking financial models with engineering assessments, Nate brings in-house technical expertise and data-driven decision support to the leadership team. Dr. Putnam served as a researcher and technical program manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UT Austin. Nate only has time for work, house projects, and the abundant and abundantly gratifying challenges of helping to raise two boys and a dog.

Adam Brown

Adam Brown

Project Finance Manager & Treasurer

As Green Bridge Project Finance Manager & Treasurer, Adam brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate consulting and development prior to moving to utility-scale solar development in 2016. His consulting experience involved extensive investment analysis and modeling, private equity syndication, and, from his time in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) space, layering tax advantages onto traditional investment structures in complex partnerships. Applying this knowledge forward into the renewable energy space, Adam leads finance and partnership structuring that accounts for the complexities associated with the tax advantaged investment strategies of clean energy infrastructure. Adam holds a BA from Gonzaga University and outside of work, enjoys being outdoors with his wife, Amy and their dog, Falcor.
Clay Siegert

Clay Siegert

Operations Leader

As Operations Leader, Clay Siegert manages electric vehicle charging, partner supply chain and client delivery functions for Green Bridge. Prior to this role, Clay spent over 15 years with high-tech and electric vehicle industries as a co-founder of EV truck company XL Fleet, head of customer operations at Formlabs, and as the EV charging operations lead for 7-Eleven. Clay holds a master degree in supply chain management from MIT, and a B.A. from Trinity College in CT. In his personal time, Clay enjoys playing pickup basketball, coaching his three daughters in both basketball and lacrosse, and skiing with friends and family.
